Our Approach

Core Values

In the early years itself, it became clear that what drew the core members and kept them tightly together were their shared values. It is these values refined over the years which have shaped the environment and the philosophy of Jan Madhyam. Some are spelled out and handed to every member of the staff and students. The others are more subtle but all pervasive. • Inclusion • Small is beautiful • Quality is more important than Quantity. • Reuse Recycle-be environment friendly • Process is more important than the product.
